We continued to see meaningful growth of 413Cares. More people across Western Massachusetts turned to 413Cares to find essential services and connect with them quickly and easily. Our expansion across all four counties has brought even more programs into the network, increasing both the availability of services and the number of individuals accessing the information they need to learn about and engage with these resources.

We also developed 6 new resource pages and worked hard to respond to emerging issues and meet local needs, such as the impact on SNAP during the federal shutdown and cuts to Medicaid.
