A Year of Growth and Connection
As we look back at 2024, 413Cares has continued to serve as a vital online hub, providing free and low-cost services to individuals and families in need. Last year, we experienced meaningful growth, introduced new resources, and strengthened our partnerships to better support our communities.

A new 413Cares kiosk is now available at Caring Health Center's Main Street location in Springfield, located on the second floor. The kiosk gives patients an easy way to search for free or low-cost resources in their area. From food assistance and housing support to childcare, legal services, and more, the platform connects people directly to organizations that can help. The kiosk is part of a broader effort to make 413Cares more accessible across Western MA, ensuring that people have the opportunity to find and connect with the support they need. If you're visiting Caring Health Center's Main Street location, stop by the second floor and try out the 413Cares kiosk!
New 413Cares banners are now up around the community, making it easier to see the kinds of support available through 413Cares.org.
