A new 2-page fact sheet was put together to showcase what 413Cares is, its growth across 4 counties of western MA, and the impact on connecting people with services. Check out the full document. 

100,000+ searches 3,559 programs added 111,000 interactions Top Search Categories were: housing (36%) and food (18%)
Year-Over-Year Growth In 2023, 413Cares experienced significant growth through outreach and awareness campaigns, made possible by funding from the state and Baystate Health. Website visitors increased 234% from 2022 to 2023. Connections with service providers increased 50% from 2022 to 2023. Referral to services increased 77% from 2022 to 2023.
