413Cares staff are holding 2 upcoming office hours dates for organizations and individuals to learn how to use 413Cares. Participants are encouraged to bring any specific questions they may have to help them better learn how to navigate the platform and use the tools. The first 20-30 minutes will be a brief overview of how to search for resources, followed by a Q&A portion to meet the needs of each participant. Participants can drop in for the time they need. Registration is required.
