413Cares is creating a resource page for immigrants and refugees. This page will centralize important information and services for immigrants living in Western Massachusetts. It will include resources like:
- Ascentria Care Alliance
- Berkshire Alliance to Support the Immigrant Community (BASIC)
- Center for New Americans
- Jewish Family Service of Western MA
- Volunteers In Medicine

A new 413Cares kiosk is now available at Caring Health Center's Main Street location in Springfield, located on the second floor. The kiosk gives patients an easy way to search for free or low-cost resources in their area. From food assistance and housing support to childcare, legal services, and more, the platform connects people directly to organizations that can help. The kiosk is part of a broader effort to make 413Cares more accessible across Western MA, ensuring that people have the opportunity to find and connect with the support they need. If you're visiting Caring Health Center's Main Street location, stop by the second floor and try out the 413Cares kiosk!
New 413Cares banners are now up around the community, making it easier to see the kinds of support available through 413Cares.org.
